In short: FiBunnyCci is a free video game, with no account, no advertising and no purchases. You may play it freely for personal use. You may not copy it or redistribute it as your own. The game is offered as it is, and saves stay on your device: they can be lost.
1. Who runs the service
The game is run by the controller named in the Privacy Policy (hereinafter «the operator»), where the address to write to is also given.
2. What the service is
FiBunnyCci is a role-playing game that runs directly in the browser, with no installation. It is offered free of charge and involves no:
- registration or account creation;
- purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, loot boxes or donations;
- advertising;
- chat or written messages between players;
- online leaderboards or saves on a server.
There is one mode only that leaves your device, and it is optional: online PvP, in which two players face each other at a distance. What passes through are the moves of the match and, at the end, three fixed reactions to pick from. There is no way to write to each other or to send anything else.
For the rest the game runs on your device. Progress is saved in the browser's memory only with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Age
The game is freely accessible over the web and involves no age verification procedure, nor does it require the collection of personal data for access to or use of the service.
Persons under eighteen may use the game under the supervision and with the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility, who is responsible for the minor's use of the service.
The game contains no advertising, involves no purchases or payments, uses no virtual currency and does not allow the exchange of messages or communications between users, with the exception of three predefined reactions at the end of an online match.
The game features turn-based combat between fictional creatures, without blood or realistic violence, and settings and characters drawn from mythology and horror, including undead, demons and the afterlife, which may be unsuitable for younger children.
4. What you may do (licence of use)
You are granted a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the game and use it for personal, non-commercial use, through an ordinary web browser.
This licence does not allow you to:
- copy, reproduce or redistribute the game or its components, in whole or in part, presenting them as your own or on other sites;
- sell, license, rent out or commercially exploit the game;
- modify, decompile or create derivative works, save within the mandatory limits allowed by law;
- remove or alter copyright notices, attributions or credits;
- use the contents of the game to train automated systems or for bulk data extraction, without written authorisation.
5. Intellectual property
The name «FiBunnyCci», the original code, the characters, the graphics, the texts, the narrative and the other original contents of the game belong to the operator or to their respective authors, and are protected by copyright law (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941).
The game also incorporates third-party components released under free or public domain licences, listed in the file THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Those components remain subject to their respective licences.
Content created with AI. Part of the graphics, the music and part of the dialogue were produced with generative artificial intelligence tools (gpt-image-2 and PixelLab for the images, Suno for the music) and then worked on by the author. The generated images depict fictional creatures and characters. Some characters are inspired by real people and some settings by real places, with the consent of those concerned. Inside the game, on the other hand, no model runs: nothing is generated while you play and the characters do not hold conversations.
6. Rules of conduct
By using the game you undertake not to:
- alter how the game works through cheats, memory editing, automated scripts or bots;
- attempt to access non-public parts of the service or of the infrastructure;
- carry out activities that may damage, overload or make the service unavailable;
- use the game for unlawful purposes or in breach of the rights of others.
Since there are no accounts, there are no mechanisms for suspending or closing user profiles. The operator may nonetheless adopt technical measures to protect the service.
7. Availability, maintenance and saves
The game is offered free of charge and continuous, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, even without notice, in particular for maintenance, updates or technical causes beyond the operator's control.
Saves: read carefully. Progress is saved only in your browser's memory, not on a server. It can be lost if:
- you clear your browsing data or use private browsing;
- you change browser, device or reinstall the system;
- the browser automatically frees up space;
- a game update changes the save format.
Since they are not in our possession, saves cannot be recovered.
8. Warranties and liability
The game is provided free of charge «as is». The operator does not warrant that it is free of errors or that it meets specific expectations, and is not liable for malfunctions due to the user's device, browser or connection, nor for the loss of local saves.
Absolute limit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the operator's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for personal injury, nor the mandatory rights granted to consumers by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and by the rest of the applicable law. The clauses of this section apply only within the limits allowed by law.
9. Reporting problems
If you find an error, inappropriate content or a security problem, write to the address given in the Privacy Policy. Reports are welcome and help improve the game. For security vulnerabilities see also security.txt.
10. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated, for instance if the game introduces new features. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the number given at the top. Substantial changes will be announced before the new features go live.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with users qualifying as consumers, jurisdiction lies mandatorily with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy (art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code). The possibility of resorting to alternative dispute resolution tools, including the European ODR platform, remains unaffected.
For disputes with non-consumer users the ordinary rules of the code of civil procedure apply.
